What the job does
AZTER opens each vector, applies the selected cleanup policy, fits the page to visible artwork, and writes a new file to the output folder.
Source files, output, and settings
Source files: CDR, EPS, SVG, and PDF vector files.
Output: Selected CDR, EPS, SVG, or PDF output in a separate folder.
- Keep white, remove near-white fills, or remove background/large-area white fills
- Optional removal of objects fully outside the active page
- Optional combination of overlapping duplicate curves
- Page fit to visible artwork
Jobs that fit this workflow
Group files that need the same production rule. The output will be easier to review, and you can repeat the job with the same settings.
- Removing trace backgrounds
- Clearing stray objects outside the page
- Reducing overlapping duplicate curves before delivery
Checks before a larger batch
A batch handles repeatable steps. Visual choices still need review.
- Automatic cleanup cannot know whether every white object is intentional.
- Welding overlaps can change editable structure.
- Test the policy on a small representative set first.
Workflow
Run a batch in four steps
- 01
Sort files by the cleanup policy they need.
- 02
Choose different source and output folders.
- 03
Select conservative cleanup options first.
- 04
Run the batch and inspect white artwork and overlaps in sample outputs.
