Refund Policy
A full refund may be requested within 7 calendar days if the license has not been activated.
After activation
After activation, refunds are limited to a reproducible material technical defect that support cannot resolve within 14 calendar days.
Refund method
Refunds are full only and return through the original payment provider. A refund may revoke the related license.
Request details
Include the purchase email, order ID, and reproduction steps. Do not send license keys through public channels.
